Q: What is the difference between print and bind and design print and bind? Print and Bind means that you already have a custom design album layouts ready to print, you will be required to submit image files that already represent the final photos to be printed, in this case your files must be saved as 300 dpi jpegs sized to the size of the book ie. 10 page (20 sides) 10x10 book will require 20 10x10 jpeg files @ 300 dpi (spread files can also be sent). Design Print and Bind means that you only have the individual images and that you need our design team to professionally design an album for you... in this case our expert album design team will create the album of your dreams, post it online for your review, and will make changes if necessary. In this case you only need to choose a design style and send the images included in the size of album you have chosen Q: What do I need to order my album? For print and bind orders you will need files already designed saved as jpegs @ 300 dpi and sized to the size of the album ordered. For Design print and bind orders, you will need high resolution images (jpeg only), the file must be large enough to print at least a 10x10 images, if you are not sure of the resolution of your images, you can upload one file to us for a FREE FILE CHECK and we will reply right away with the results and suggestions Q: How thick are the pages? Our flush mount albums pages are over 1/16" thick and all materials used are acid free. Q: What size is the gap in between the pages? The center gap (commonly called "gutter") is the space between each page in the middle when the album is held open. We are proud to manufacture flush mount albums with the smallest middle gap of the industry, being only 1/32", great to display panoramic photos where the images goes from one page to the other. Q: What are my options for the album cover? You can choose from 10 different colors, plain cover or with a window on the front cover (to add an extra photo), gallery cover with overlap magnetic flap, or image wrap (image wrapped around the front cover). In addition you can choose a different color for the book spine to create astonishing color contrast. Imprinting of names and date (or any text) is FREE. Q: What's the turnaround time? For print and bind orders, your album is shipped for FREE in 3 to 4 weeks (rush service available for $50 two week turnaround). For design, print and bind orders, a proof will be posted for your review within 7 days. Q: I need album design... how does it work? If you need album design... IT'S FREE !!!, simply preview our samples and decide on a design style for your book... include it in your album order. After your order is placed, an email is automatically sent to your with an upload link to upload your high resolution files online, or if you prefer, a mailing address is provided to send your CD with images via mail. Then our designers will post a proof for your review within 7 days. Q: Can I make changes to the album design if necessary? Yes, up to two revisions can be made where you can submit changes to the album design. This is provided in order to have your input to fine tune your album layouts. Q: The color of my photos is not that great, can you color correct? Yes, our designers will color correct your images prior to design at no extra charge, your photos will look bright and vibrant by the time we are done. In the event that the photos are not correctable (excessive image problems), you will be notified. Q: What's the warranty on your albums?
